The Self-Care Practice provides training, consultation, and professional support for clinicians, supervisors, and organizations working with children and families impacted by trauma. Led by Dr. Ana M. Rodriguez, our work helps providers build clinical confidence, strengthen reflective practice, and deliver trauma-informed care through evidence-based models, advanced workshops, and ongoing consultation.
Dr. Rodriguez is a licensed psychologist with over fifteen years of experience supporting English- and Spanish-speaking children, adults, and families recovering from trauma, depression, anxiety, and other common challenges. She is a nationally certified trainer in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and a Master Trainer in Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention with the Yale Child Study Center. She also maintains a limited private practice for children, caregivers, and families.
