Overview

The CPP Booster Session is a one-day learning experience for CPP-trained clinicians who want to deepen their clinical practice while reconnecting with colleagues. Using the updated CPP Fidelity Compass as a framework, you’ll strengthen your understanding and application of the fidelity strands — reflective practice, emotional process, relational, and content fidelity. Through didactic instruction, clinical discussion, and interactive activities, you’ll refine your clinical decision-making and bring stronger fidelity to your day-to-day CPP work.

Who This Session Is For

This is an advanced session for clinicians who have completed — or are currently enrolled in — a CPP Learning Collaborative. It builds on that training and is not an introduction to the CPP model.

What You’ll Gain

  • Apply the updated CPP Fidelity Compass to case conceptualization and treatment planning across the course of treatment.

  • Understand how reflective practice, emotional process, relational, and content fidelity inform clinical decision-making in CPP.

  • Integrate the updated Fidelity Compass to select interventions that respond to the changing needs of children and caregivers throughout treatment.

  • Reconnect with a community of CPP colleagues and reflect on your progress since training.
